USask Properties Investment Inc. (USask Properties) is seeking experienced residential builders to help bring Sutherland South to life.

Located immediately east of the University of Saskatchewan, Sutherland South is a residential community that will offer a range of housing options. The development is guided by a long-term approach to land stewardship, with a focus on sustainability, quality design and creating a lasting contribution to Saskatoon.

Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), USask Properties aims to establish a group of Preferred Builder Partners who share this vision and can contribute to the community’s character through thoughtful home design, quality construction and collaboration.

Certified Professional Home Builder (CPHB) members within the Saskatoon & Region Homebuilders Association are invited to request the RFQ package by emailing info@usaskproperties.ca.
